主要功能及特色
JNBIO低温超高压连续流细胞破碎仪适用于酵母菌、大肠杆菌和大多数细菌细胞的均质破碎，不适用于团装和丝状菌（易造成均质阀堵塞）。 The JNBIO Low Temperature and Ultra High Pressure Cell Disruptor is suitable for the homogenization and disruption of yeast, E. coli and most bacterial cells, and is not suitable for mass packaging and filamentous bacteria (which can easily cause homogenization valve blockage).
样本检测注意事项
1. 适用于酵母菌、大肠杆菌和大多数细菌细胞的均质破碎，不适用于团装和丝状菌（易造成均质阀堵塞）。
2.样品浓度范围：样品浓度必须按规定严格控制，如大肠杆菌、酵母菌溶液浓度在20%以内。
1. JN-Mini Pro is suitable for the homogenization and fragmentation of yeast, E. coli and most bacterial cells, not suitable for mass packaging and filamentous bacteria (easy to cause homogenization valve blockage).
2. Sample concentration range: The sample concentration must be strictly controlled according to the regulations, such as the concentration of E. coli and yeast solution within 20%.
2.样品浓度范围：样品浓度必须按规定严格控制，如大肠杆菌、酵母菌溶液浓度在20%以内。

备注
清洗：
1）样品破碎完后，逆时针调节调压阀，使压力降至500bar以内；
2）进样杯加入蒸馏水进行清洗，直至出样清澈（建议重复清洗3次）；
3）进样杯加入75%酒精进行清洗（建议重复清洗2次）；
4）点击停止键“OFF”，机器停止工作。Please clean up after doing experiments.
