主要功能及特色
The Element AVITI24™ System reimagines the core components of genomic analysis to offer a benchtop platform that integrates high-quality NGS and 5D multiomics. Teton™ CytoProfiling and Cloudbreak™ Sequencing form the core of a disruptive design that enables co-detection of RNA, protein, and cell morphology with no library prep needed, while supporting applications from targeted panels to whole genome studies. AVITI24™ resets expectations on sequencing quality, delivering >90% Q30 accuracy for standard 2 × 150 and 2 × 75 cycles, and >85% Q30 for 2 × 300 sequencing. AVITI24™ provides flexible end-to-end workflows that combine in situ multiomic profiling and sequencing on a single platform. Highly efficient, dual independent flow cells generate up to 800 GB of data and 3 billion reads in ~38 hours for 2 × 150 sequencing, while enabling concurrent runs with flexible, asynchronous start times.
样本检测注意事项
1.Integrated Multiomic Profiling：Teton CytoProfiling panels integrate high-plex RNA and protein profiling with morphological analysis at subcellular spatial resolution. With the Teton assay, profile 350 RNA targets, detect up to 128 proteins, including surface, intracellular, and phospho proteins, and visualize 6 key morphology features in parallel with no need for traditional library preparation.
2.Direct In Sample Sequencing (DISS)：Teton Atlas™ with DISS further expands the capabilities of AVITI24 platform by enabling true in situ RNA sequencing of up to 100 bp
reads directly inside cells. DISS preserves the subcellular spatial context of RNA molecules and integrates seamlessly with cell paint and protein profiling.
3.NGS：the AVITI24 delivers high-quality next
generation sequencing (NGS) with uncompromising performance,
flexibility, affordability, and access to assays from whole genome sequencing to targeted panels.
