Elyra 7 is a super-resolution microscope that enables the examination of fast cellular processes in live samples – in large fields of view, in 3D, over long time periods, and with multiple colors. It also features Lattice SIM with single molecule localization microscopy (SMLM) for techniques such as PALM, dSTORM and PAINT. Enables to capture the finest sub-organelle structures at 60 nm resolution with up to 255 fps speed.

This ultra-high resolution microscope is mainly used for life science research on the platform to obtain ultra-high resolution fluorescence images of cells or tissues, so as to study the changes of life processes at the cell or organelle level. The samples are mainly animal or plant cells, and their main functions are multi-channel fluorescence imaging, large field puzzle and time series imaging.
