1、快速、简单、精确、特异定量 DNA， RNA 和蛋白质，每个样本测量时间不超过 3 秒
2、上样量范围优于或相当于1-20μL，适合稀有样品以及低丰度样品
3、高敏感度线性检测最低达到：dsDNA 0.01 ng/μL，ssDNA 0.05 ng/μL，RNA 0.25 ng/μL，microRNA 0.05 ng/μL ，蛋白质 12.5 ng/μL
4、可用于直接测量样本的荧光强度

主要功能及特色
Qubit 4荧光计采用荧光染料对核酸、蛋白实现选择性精确定量检测，可用于NGS测序、微阵列检测和RT-PCR实验总RNA、mictoRNA、DNA样品的质量评估控制。
