样本检测注意事项
1. 蛋白组学
若需蛋白前处理服务，具体方式请咨询仪器管理员；
若送肽段样品，请用户自行脱盐定量后送样；
不提供肽段标记服务，若用户需做标记蛋白组学，须自行标记肽段后再送样；
蛋白组学样本信息收集表详见附件”Proteomics MS_Sample Submission Form“，送样时填写并交给仪器管理员；
2. 小分子直接MS进样
需提供样品纯度证明，如：NMR谱图，LC-UV色谱图或者低分辨质谱图；
样本信息收集表详见附件”Small Molecule MS_Sample Submission Form“，送样时填写并交给仪器管理员；
3. 代谢组学
不提供样品前处理服务，用户需自行处理样品，并制备QC样品；
样本信息收集表详见附件”Metabolomics MS_Sample Submission Form“，送样时填写并交给仪器管理员；
4. 每周一和周三接收样品（E4-122）；
5. 如有不明确的其他事宜，请联系仪器管理员。

蛋白组学分析默认1小时梯度，延长梯度加收20元/小时。
