1、支持应用：亲和色谱法、尺寸排阻色谱法（SEC，也称为凝胶色谱）、离子交换色谱法、疏水相互作用色谱法和反相色谱法（RPC）。对于RPC运行，仅使用Frac F9-R或F9-T。
2、流动池路径长度：2 mm。
3、流速：0.001 - 25 mL/min（正常范围），0.01 - 50 mL/min（柱填料流量）。
4、多波长检测：最多3个波长。
5、最大工作压力：20 MPa（2900 psi）
6、管道内径（流道）：0.5mm
7、紫外线波长：190 - 700nm

1. Application supported: Affinity chromatography, size exclusion chromatography (SEC, also known as gel filtration), ion exchange chromatography, hydrophobic interaction chromatography, and reversed phase chromatography (RPC). For RPC runs use only Frac F9-R or F9-T.

Any samples involving safety risks (such as biohazards, hazardous chemicals, human-derived samples, nanomaterials, or radioactive materials) must pass the BioCRF's access review; samples that do not pass the review may not be brought into the BioCRF. Compliance obligations and any resulting liabilities shall be borne by me and my affiliated institution.
