主要功能及特色
Seahorse XF 技术使用无标记传感器检测分析物中的细胞外变化,以测定细胞呼吸率、糖酵解和 ATP 产生。将细胞接种于定制 8 孔 XF 迷你微孔板的分析孔中,融合率为 50%–90%。悬浮细胞附着在孔底,实现灵敏度最大化。
Seahorse XF technology uses label-free sensors to detect extracellular changes in analytes to measure cell respiration, glycolysis, and ATP production. Cells were seeded in analytical wells of custom 8-well XF mini microplates with 50%–90% confluency. Suspension cells attach to the well bottom for maximum sensitivity.
