实验动物中央实验室（广州）药物领取规定
LAF(GZ) Drugs Pick Up Regulation
领用时间：每周二和每周四，下午1点-2点，一周两次（以邮件通知为准）。
领用地点：E4-415C办公室，陈铭坚老师
领用规则：每周一和每周三，下午4点截止下单（此时PI应完成审核，否则下单不成功），每周二和周四下午1点-2点可到场领用药物（截至下午2点未领用则顺延至下个领用日）。
重要：部分管制/麻醉药物（见下表）领用需提前填写《F-VET-012管制/麻醉药品申领单》(见附件)，现场提交、现场填写、或邮件至mingjianchen@hkust-gz.eud.cn均可。

LAF免费提供镇痛剂-美洛昔康
领用地点：操作间A2冰箱、操作间D1冰箱、物料准备间E冰箱及动物接收间F3对面走廊的冰箱内。
领用请填写登记表
已取走的镇痛剂请勿再放回分发盒中。冻存盒中美洛昔康为0.5 mL/管（即领即用）
每管供2只25 g以下小鼠手术当天、及术后连用3天，共4天。
推荐美洛昔康给药策略：
小鼠：4 mg/kg，即0.02 ml/10 g，建议小鼠术前、术后将苏醒时各给药一次，术后视动物恢复状况每天给药一次，连续3~7天，皮下注射（SC）；
大鼠：2 mg/kg，即0.1 ml/ 100g，每管供1只250 g以下大鼠使用2次。建议术前术后各给药一次，术后视动物恢复状况每天给药一次，连续3~7天，SC。
请老师同学们严格按照 Animal Protocol计划领用，杜绝浪费。
LAF(GZ) Drugs Pick Up Time
Pick up time: 1 pm-2 pm every Tuesday and Thursday, twice a week (Email notification shall prevail).
Location: E4-614，Mr. Mingjian Chen
Notice: Orders should be placed and approved by your PI before 4 pm every Monday and Wednesday, and drugs can be collected at 1 pm-2 pm on Tuesday and Thursday accordingly. (If not collected by 2 pm, it will be postponed to the next collection day.)
IMPORTANT: To apply for some controlled/narcotic drugs (see the table below), you need to fill in the "F-VET-012 Controlled/Narcotic Drugs Request Form"(The attachment) in advance. You can submit it on site, fill it out on site, or just email it to mingjianchen@hkust-gz.eud.cn.

LAF provides analgesic - Meloxicam for free
Requisition location: Inside the refrigerator in Procedure Room A2 or D1, Material Room E, and the refrigerator in the corridor opposite Animal Receiving Room F3.
Please fill in the registration form for collection
Please do not put the analgesics you have taken back into the distribution box. Meloxicam in the cryopreservation box is 0.5 mL/tube (ready to use)
Each tube is for 2 mice weighing less than 25 g on the day of surgery and for 3 consecutive days after surgery, for a total of 4 days.
Recommended administration strategy for Meloxicam:
Mouse: 4 mg/kg, i.e. 0.02 ml/10 g. It is recommended that mice be given the drug once before and after surgery when they wake up. After surgery, the drug is given once a day depending on the recovery of the animal, for 3 to 7 consecutive days, subcutaneous injection (SC).
Rats: 2 mg/kg, i.e. 0.1 ml/100 g. Each tube is for 1 rat weighing less than 250 g to use twice. It is recommended to give the drug once before and after surgery. After surgery, the drug is given once a day depending on the recovery of the animal, for 3 to 7 consecutive days, SC.
Users are requested to strictly follow the Animal Protocol plan to avoid waste.
