在参加属地实验室安全引入培训前，您需要与HSE老师/导师或主管沟通，了解HSE相关安全培训课程，并安排好您的学生、员工或自己参与相关课程，并通过HSE安全培训考试（简单流程见【附件】）。


属地实验室安全引入培训 流程如下：
1. 扫码填写《BioCRF(GZ)属地实验室安全引入培训报名表》。
2. 培训前，请先行填写《BioCRF(GZ)安全准入表》 （看附件）Page1 个人信息，双面打印，3份，带到培训现场。
3. 现场填写 Page3 B，属地安全员签名
4. 培训后，完整填写《准入表》内信息，本人签名、导师/主管签名后，将 1份《BioCRF（GZ）安全准入表》交回 BioCRF(GZ) E4-122 办公室。经审核后获得 BioCRF(GZ)准入资格

Before participating in the facility safety orientation training, you need to communicate with HSE staffs or your supervisor, understand the HSE related safety training courses, arrange for your students, employees or yourself to participate in the relevant courses, and pass the HSE safety training exam (see [Attachment 2] for a simple process).

The process of facility safety orientation training is as follows:
1. Fill out the ‘BioCRF(GZ) Safety Orientation Training Registration Form’ online.
2. Before the training, please fill in the personal information on Page 1 of [Attachment 1] ‘BioCRF(GZ) Safety Orientation Form’, print double-sided, prepare 3 copies, and bring them to the training site.
3. Fill in Page 3 B on-site, and have the local safety officer sign them.
4. After the training, complete the information in the ‘Orientation Form’, sign them yourself and have your supervisor sign them, and submit one copy of the ‘BioCRF(GZ) Safety Orientation Form’ to BioCRF(GZ) office E4-122. After review, you will obtain BioCRF(GZ) admission qualification.
