BioCRF Safety Orientation Training process as follows，
1.Before the training, please fill out the BioCRF Safety Orientation Training Form (Websitte： https://instrumentsharelab.hkust-gz.edu.cn/Equipment/Show?Id=1c0c43fe-6334-4aef-a41c-bb36ad9886f2&ParUrl=%2FEquipment%2FShowList%3FXPath%3D000%26noRemember%3D1；
Attachment can be downloaded from Booking System) Page 1 for your information, Page 2 Part A. Initial Checklist (Please pass safety exams selected by your supervisor), and double-sided print.
2.Fill out Page 3 Part B. Local Safety Orientation during training.
3.Upon completion of the training, the Laboratory Safety Access Form shall be signed by the trainee, the local safety officer, and the supervisor/mentor (electronic signatures are acceptable). Submit the completed form to E4-L1, Room 122.

点击附件下载-下载附件） Page1个人信息、 Page2 A 初始检查表（由PI根据实验内容选定需要通过的安全课程考试），双面打印，带到培训现场。
2. 现场填写 Page3 B 属地实验室安全引入培训表。
3. 培训完成后，本人签名，属地安全员签名，导师/主管签名后（可以电子签），将实验室安全准入表交到E4-L1 Rm 122.

设备使用相关说明
Any samples involving safety risks (such as biohazards, hazardous chemicals, human-derived samples, nanomaterials, or radioactive materials) must pass the BioCRF's access review; samples that do not pass the review may not be brought into the BioCRF. Compliance obligations and any resulting liabilities shall be borne by me and my affiliated institution.
