主要功能及特色
LAF平台配置的 EthoVision XT 系统是目前行为学研究的主流分析工具，主要用于自动化采集和分析啮齿类动物的运动轨迹。该系统支持三点跟踪（鼻尖、重心、尾根），能够精准记录动物在旷场、水迷宫、高架十字迷宫等行为学测试中的移动路程、速度及区域分布。系统支持多通量同步实验（如4个行为箱同时运行），并能与光遗传等第三方设备联动。可导出原始数据、轨迹图、热图、实验控制状态等信息。
The EthoVision XT system at our Laboratory Animal Facility (LAF) is a premier platform for the automated tracking and quantification of rodent behavior. Utilizing high-precision 3-point tracking (nose, center, and tail base), it accurately records movement, velocity, and zone distribution across standard assays such as Open Field, Water Maze, and Elevated Plus Maze tests. The system supports high-throughput, multi-arena synchronization and seamless integration with optogenetic hardware for behavior-contingent stimulation. Researchers can export raw data, track maps, and heatmaps, ensuring maximum data transparency and experimental reproducibility.

如需将诺达思密码狗或其他迷宫借出LAF，需联系管理员填写《LAF小型设备借出屏障申请承诺表》，遗失或损坏需照价赔偿。
If the Noldus dongle or other maze equipment needs to be taken out of the LAF, please contact the administrator and complete the “LAF Small Equipment Removal Barrier Application and Commitment Form.” Any loss or damage must be compensated at full cost.
