1. 金属陶瓷X射线光管: 最高50 kV激发电压，最大电流为55 mA，最大功率为1.8kW； 铜(Cu)靶
2. 扫描模式：θ/θ 样品水平放置, 最小的可控步长: 0.0001°
3. 测角仪半径：240 mm可直接光学定位和配备直流马达，整机重现性为0.001°
4. 配置标准粉末和旋转透射样品台, 45位自动进样器

1. 45位自动进样装置实现粉末衍射高通量物相和定量分析
2. 原位变温附件: 温度范围从室温到1200度, 环境辐射加热带有因为温度变化引起的高度变化的自动补偿
3. 小角散射附件: 可以在广角测角仪上进行小角散射研究，测定的起始角少于0.05°，不能对胶体和乳浊液的分散到进行测试
