1. X/Y/Z aixs of sample head: The vertical moving distance of the sample head is ≥50mm; the horizontal moving distance of the sample head is ≥28mm; X/Y axis of 8° sample positioning, Z axis of 360° rotation positioning;
2. Slicing function: Slice position memory function.Slice number counting and total slice thickness counting functions;
3. Slice thickness range:
0.5 - 100 μm;
0.5 - 5 µm in 0.5 µm increments;
5 - 20 µm in 1 µm increments;
20 - 30 µm in 2 µm increments;
30 - 60 µm in 5 µm increments;

The HM325 Microtome allows users to cut high quality paraffin sections as thin as 0.5μm. It also comes with a Section Transfer System (STS) which automatically transfers section ribbons from the blade to a water bath.
