We certify and warrant that the item(s) we use(s), will not be used, directly or indirectly, in any of the following restricted or prohibited activities*: 我们证明并保证使用的仪器不会直接或者间接的用于以下限制或者禁止的行为：
（1）Nuclear explosive activities, including for use in connection with the development, production, handling, operation, maintenance, storage, detection, identification or dissemination of chemical, biological or nuclear weapons or other nuclear explosive devices 核爆炸活动，包括与化学、生物或核武器或其他核爆炸装置的开发、生产、处理、操作、维护、储存、检测、识别或传播有关的用途
（2）Unsafeguarded nuclear activities未受核保障监督的核活动
（3）Safeguarded and unsafeguarded nuclear activities related to facilities for 与设备相关的安全和非安全防护的核活动
a. chemical processing of irradiated special nuclear or source material; 辐射特殊核或原料的化学处理；
b. production of heavy water; 生产重水；
c. separation of isotopes of source and special nuclear material; or 分离同位素放射源和特定核材料；或
d. fabrication of nuclear reactor fuel containing plutonium 制造含钚核反应堆燃料
（4）Restricted rocket systems (including ballistic missiles, space launch vehicles and sounding rockets) and unmanned aerial vehicles (including cruise missiles, target drones and reconnaissance drones) end-uses 限制火箭系统(包括弹道导弹、运载火箭、探空火箭)和无人驾驶飞行器(包括巡航导弹、目标无人机、无人侦察机)的最终用途
（5）Desian, development, production, handling, operation, maintenance, storage, detection, identification stockpiling, use or dissemination of chemical or biological weapons in or by any country or destination, worldwide 在世界范围内或由任何国家或目的地设计、开发、生产、处理、操作、维护、储存、检测、识别储存、使用或传播化学或生物武器
（6）Maritime nuclear propulsion 海上核动力推进

凡涉及安全风险的样品（如生物危害、危险化学品、人体来源样品、纳米材料、放射性材料等）须通过生物科学中央实验室准入审查；未通过审查不得入内。相关合规义务及由此产生的责任由本人及所属机构自行承担。
Any samples involving safety risks (such as biohazards, hazardous chemicals, human-derived samples, nanomaterials, or radioactive materials) must pass the BioCRF's access review; samples that do not pass the review may not be brought into the BioCRF. Compliance obligations and any resulting liabilities shall be borne by me and my affiliated institution.
