主要功能及特色
All-in-one software for compound identification from non-targeted metabolomics, lipidomics and phenomics workflows.It provides the powerful T-ReX feature detection algorithms together with comprehensive statistics and CCS-enabled compound identification workflows. Its main purpose is to allow users to readily pinpoint and identify relevant drugs, metabolites, lipids or glycans to set them in a biological context.

Any samples involving safety risks (such as biohazards, hazardous chemicals, human-derived samples, nanomaterials, or radioactive materials) must pass the BioCRF's access review; samples that do not pass the review may not be brought into the BioCRF. Compliance obligations and any resulting liabilities shall be borne by me and my affiliated institution.

备注
同一电脑上还安装了SCIEX OS软件，该软件主要用于分析SCIEX LC-MS system (QTRAP 7500 Plus System-Core ExionLC AE System)所产出数据。通过液质联用仪培训的用户可同步获取SCIEX OS软件的预约权限，可按需进行预约使用。
The same computer is also equipped with SCIEX OS software, which is primarily utilized for the analysis of data generated by the SCIEX LC-MS system (QTRAP 7500 Plus System-Core ExionLC AE System). Users who have received training on the LC-MS system will be granted reservation privileges for the SCIEX OS software. They may schedule usage as required.
